The term Heavy Metal originated from the sound that critics heard when they first heard Black Sabbath and Deep Purple. No words could describe a genre that primitive, brutal and most of all Satanic. With thematic lyrics about the devil, war, drugs, woman and everything that empowers the sin of humanity. Heavy Metal was by far the most provocative genre heard in the late 1960's. A genre that people were so attracted to that it got banned and slammed by critics around the globe. As it emerged and re-emerged years after years Heavy Metal Will not leave this planet until Satan says so. with multiple sub genres popping up every decade metal has one of the most loyal fanbase of any type of music. headbanging, moshing, circle pits and wall of deaths, the horns of satan will always prevail no matter what this world thinks about it.
